Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Check what conditions might apply to each option when making your selection.

Non-Refundable Bookings -
Prepay a Non-refundable Non-changeable rate. Prepay rates will be charged the full cost of the reservation. The credit card used at the time of making the reservation must be valid for the entire stay and the guest must present the card at the time of check-in.

Flexible Bookings -
Flexible rate, the booking can be cancelled 48hr prior to arrival. The pre-authorisation for the stay will be taken 48hrs prior to arrival.

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. If more than 5 rooms are booked full payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival.

The hotel Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. We offer 1 Complimentary parking space on site for all our guests, any additional car parking will be charged £10.00 per night.
